A skilled nursing facility in Northern California is actively looking for a Clinical Director of Nursing to join their dedicated nursing team!

The Director of Nursing will proudly join a busy 125+-Bed post-acute center passionate about providing cost effective, innovative and compassionate care to the people in their community.

This facility is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. There, all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients. A director of nursing should have once been a hard-working and compassionate registered nurse who steadily developed their managerial and administrative skills. Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener and a problem-solver is what will open our door for you. The goal is to foster an excellent environment that will support everyone in working to the benefit of hospital and patients alike.

This position requires strong clinical skills, minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a skilled nursing facility and bachelors of nursing degree. It is important that the Skilled Nursing Facility Director acts as a role model and promotes the mission and values of the healthcare organization.
