As Chief Financial Officer, you will steer ARMC’s fiscal strategy and governance, aligning financial performance with the hospital’s mission. You’ll lead budgeting, financial planning, and reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust internal controls. You’ll work with the senior management team to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and strategic expansion. This role offers high impact in shaping financial stewardship and operational excellence across the campus.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Plan and evaluate ARMC’s fiscal function and performance
Provide timely analysis of budgets and financial trends to CEO and Board
Collaborate with Administrative Team to set financial goals and objectives
Guide financial planning for new and expanded services to drive revenue growth
Oversee asset management, budgeting, capital expenditures, and cash flow projections
Design and implement accounting systems for accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with federal/state statutes and government programs
Oversee information resources and data security
Prepare financial statements and variance analyses for management
Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting (OSHPD, Medicare/ Medi‑Cal)
Develop operating policies aligned with hospital objectives
Lead staff management, development, and succession planning
Participate in hospital-wide strategic planning
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with accrediting bodies
Support labor relations in collaboration with Human Resources
Contribute to mission fulfillment and performance improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor in related field (minimum)
MBA or closely related field preferred
Minimum five years’ administrative oversight in an acute care hospital with multiple areas
Ten years in healthcare industry experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and managed care contracting
Experience in executive leadership and strategic financial planning
Proven track record in hospital CFO roles and regulatory compliance
Excellent written/verbal communication and computer skills
Experience in budget preparation and operation
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for acute care hospitals and accreditation processes
