- Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes
- Collaborate with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship
- Expand skills through extensive CE opportunities
- Coordinate with in-house specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC) in clinical work
- Align clinical standards and patient outcomes with Owner Dentist guidance
