As EHS Director, you ensure compliance with local and corporate safety regulations and procedures. You will partner with operations to shape the vision and strategy that advances our Injury Free Environment (IFE). The role leads safety programs, manages regulatory risk, and drives continuous improvement across sites. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align safety goals with business needs and performance targets. This leadership position supports Skanska’s safety-focused mission and culture.
