In this role, you will lead the global Project Delivery Operations, shaping strategy and delivering high-quality execution across regions and therapeutic areas. You will oversee Clinical Supply Trial Management, Central Services, and TMF, acting as an operational integrator across functions. Your leadership will drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement at scale to enable sustainable growth. You will partner with senior leaders across Clinical Operations, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Commercial to deliver outcomes that support the company’s mission of accelerating life-changing therapies.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the global Project Management function with consistent delivery across regions
- Establish global standards and best practices for planning, risk management, and reporting
- Oversee timelines, milestones, and deliverables in a complex global portfolio
- Drive a culture of accountability, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement
- Lead governance for Clinical Supply Trial Management ensuring alignment with study requirements and regulatory standards
- Oversee Central Services for bids, budgeting, and proposal data management; standardize data and pricing tools
- Manage TMF strategy, governance, and inspection readiness across the globe
- Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio financials
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery or client issues
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Commercial teams
- Lead talent development for PM, Clinical Supply Trial Management, Central Services, and TMF team
- Promote engagement, accountability, and high performance across leadership layers
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 15+ years of project management leadership within CRO/biopharmaceutical or clinical research environments
- Proven experience overseeing global multi-study portfolios
- Experience with Clinical Supply Trial Management, TMF operations, and proposal/bid support preferred
- Track record of leading large, global teams and senior leaders
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred
