As Global Recruiter at Auterion, you will lead recruitment across multiple regions to fuel global growth. Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and execute global recruitment strategies across multiple locations
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical and non-technical roles across disciplines
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and set recruitment priorities
Stay informed on market trends to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions
Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality

Zentrale Anforderungen

Proven recruiting experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments with a focus on technical roles
3+ years recruiting in multiple locations (ideally Switzerland, Germany, USA)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency with sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools
Strategic, proactive, results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Thrives in a dynamic startup environment
CH/EU citizenship required
