As Global Talent Director for Mead Johnson Nutrition, you will architect a best-in-class talent ecosystem that enables business performance and leadership capability. You will lead the standalone MJN talent practice, coordinating with Reckitt’s Talent COE to orchestrate talent solutions and support a successful separation. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and the ELT, embedding an inclusive culture and robust leadership pipelines. This role combines strategic design, global governance, and hands-on capability building in a high-impact, matrixed environment. You will shape how MJN attracts, develops, and retains leaders to drive growth and transformation.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Design and implement MJN’s global talent management philosophy and frameworks
Oversee talent systems supporting performance, succession, development, and analytics
Lead the transition from Reckitt ecosystem to standalone MJN talent infrastructure
Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor organizational health and talent outcomes
Coordinate annual global performance and talent cycle, including reviews and calibration
Ensure rigor and fairness across regions; provide data-driven insights on talent risk
Build a diverse executive and critical-role talent pipeline
Partner with senior leaders to identify future leaders and mitigate succession risks
Develop global leadership programs aligned to business growth and integrate with workforce strategy
Embed DEI principles across talent lifecycle and coordinate with Reckitt DEI team

Zentrale Anforderungen

12–15+ years of progressive HR experience with global talent management leadership
Proven ability to build talent infrastructure in multinational, matrixed environments
Expertise across talent management spectrum: acquisition, performance, leadership development, succession
Experience in carve-out, integration, or transformation contexts
Strong business acumen; ability to influence across levels and regions
Project management skills in fast-paced settings
