Experteer Overview

In this role, you partner with Tiffany Turkey and the Southern Europe HR community to design and execute HR initiatives that support business goals. You’ll ensure policies comply with laws, contribute to retail performance through data-driven goals, and advise employees at all levels. You will drive payroll processes, reporting, and employee relations while coordinating with Finance and external partners. Your work will shape talent management and organizational development across a cross-border context.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Review and update HR standards, policies, and programs to meet business needs and regulatory requirements
Enhance retail performance by leveraging data and setting clear goals and KPIs
Serve as HR lead for internal/external audits as needed
Oversee monthly payroll and liaise with external providers; implement new payroll procedures
Handle employment letters and administrative documentation; support reporting for business decisions
Collaborate with Finance on budget preparation
Shape employee relations practices to foster morale and motivation
Manage employee communication and assess needs for attracting and retaining talent
Address HR-related issues and partner with the business on resolution
Lead performance management, talent assessment, and compensation reviews
Assess organization structure for current and future needs and drive transformation
Oversee training strategy, plan induction for new hires, and develop development plans

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor or Master degree
minimum 5 years of experience in HR activities
B2C business experience preferred; retail experience not mandatory
Fluent in Turkish, Italian and English
Organizational agility and ability to work across boundaries
Strategic agility to balance future trends with day-to-day needs
Strong interpersonal communication in Turkish with boutique employees
Problem solving, proactive and creative solution-finding
Ability to cope with ambiguity and drive decisions with partial information
Conflict management and constructive in handling conflicts
