Experteer Overview

As a Manager/Senior Manager in our Trade, Industries and Services Audit team, you will lead audit engagements for manufacturing and engineering clients within an international, collaborative environment. You’ll blend technical expertise with people leadership to deliver high-quality integrated and statutory audits under Swiss law, IFRS, and non-financial reporting. You’ll shape audit findings and present them to management and boards, while expanding client relationships and contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence. This is a chance to grow as a leader, drive value for clients, and influence financial reporting in a dynamic market.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Lead audits for engineering and manufacturing clients (integrated and statutory) under Swiss GAAP and IFRS where applicable
  • Manage audits across multiple locations and client networks, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
  • Prepare audit files for Partner review and present findings to management or boards
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, providing technical accounting guidance
  • Own personal development and drive responsibility and flexibility in delivery
  • Mentor and guide audit teams to ensure overall quality and consistency

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • >5 years of Big 4 experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of Swiss GAAP
  • CPA qualification or equivalent
  • Experience managing large, multi-location audits
  • Proven ability to engage with senior management at various levels
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
