Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the paid search program across all WSI brands, guiding a small SEM team and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll own strategy, testing, and optimization for search and PLA campaigns, with a strong emphasis on budget control, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with CRM, Data Science, and Tech to align SEM with brand goals and drive direct-to-consumer sales. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at a data-driven, cross-brand advertising organization. You will shape how we test, learn, and scale SEM initiatives across the portfolio.

Aufgaben
- Oversee performance and development of 3-4 SEM Specialists and report to the Director of SEM
- Collaborate with external agencies, bidding tools, and vendor teams to optimize and test?
- Develop strategy, run alphas/betas, report results, and roll out learnings across brands
- Maintain relationships with internal partners (CRM, Data Science, Tech) to align SEM with brand strategies
- Lead operations, vendor/tool management, budget management including spend and traffic forecasts
- Analyze data and communicate trends and insights to management
- Drive cross-functional processes to streamline workflows
- Provide guidance on campaign setup, reporting, and optimization for Google PLA and search campaigns
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4+ years in digital marketing with SEM/Shopping campaign management
- Experience with SEM/PLA bid management platforms (Kenshoo, SA360, etc.)
- Experience with Google PLA campaigns and related tools (Google Merchant Center, Product Feeds)
- Proficiency with Google Ads features (sitelinks, reports, new campaigns)
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, pivot tables)
- Experience with site analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Domo/Power BI) desired
- Experience analyzing large data sets and translating findings into actions
- 1-2 years of people management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize technical detail
