Verantwortungsbereiche
- Monitor industry trends, competitor landscapes, and branding to inform the Annual Operating Plan
- Perform ROI analyses and long-term opportunity vetting for new solutions and market entries
- Manage regional scorecards for budgets, KPIs, and deployment constraints with forecasting and quarterly reporting
- Align solution-selling across stakeholders (retailers, brands, factories)
- Partner with commercial leads on pipeline growth
- Develop end-to-end solution plans and sales collateral for high-visibility environments
- Own regional training calendar and resources for local commercial and factory teams
- Collaborate with PLM and R&D to validate new technologies and surface Voice of the Customer feedback
- Coordinate with business units to ensure hardware/software synergy and quality in installations
- Cultivate relationships across customer organizations to enable speed and global consistency
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in retail operations, business development, or product strategy
- Experience in factory solutions and technical selling is highly preferred
- Demonstrable experience managing global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, intrapreneurial environment
- Ability to translate complex customer objectives into clear solution requirements and deliver technical product training
- Strong understanding of finance and ROI analysis to justify business cases and investments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel frequently and lead events
