Partnership Development Manager UK&I (London based)

As Partnerships Development Manager for UK&I, you will expand Factorial’s partner ecosystem and drive revenue through strategic collaborations with resellers, distributors, and HR-focused partners. You’ll own the partner lifecycle, from sourcing to enablement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to scale the UK&I market. This role offers hands-on ownership and a chance to shape how partners sell, implement, and support our all-in-one HR, finance, and operations platform.
