In this role you deliver direct primary outpatient care across a wide age range, including obstetric and gynecologic services, within a DoD clinical setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and participate in oversight and disaster preparedness activities. Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide direct primary outpatient care across gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, and geriatrics
Perform ambulatory surgical procedures (e.g., casting, suturing, biopsies, vasectomies, flexible sigmoidoscopy)
Order and interpret laboratory and radiology tests
Counsel and guide personnel including PAs, NPs, and technicians
Participate in medical oversight activities and peer review
Engage in local disaster training exercises and maintain preparedness
Perform other duties as assigned

Zentrale Anforderungen

US Citizens
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program
Current, active medical license in a U.S. state, DC, PR, or territory
Residency in Family Medicine completed (4 years) or equivalent
At least one year of supervised clinical experience post-degree
No substitution of residency for required specialty training
Eligible for licensure and board-eligibility as applicable
