Experteer Overview

In this role you drive quality across large, complex EPC projects and act as the trusted quality partner to the Project Manager. You will work with project teams, customers, suppliers, and site organizations to ensure quality requirements are understood, implemented, and continuously improved. You influence stakeholders across a global matrix organization to achieve project objectives and high customer satisfaction. This position offers exposure to ISO 9001 quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement in a dynamic energy environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Plan, organize, and monitor quality-related project activities, objectives, KPIs, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan ensuring contractual compliance and ISO 9001 QMS
  • Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and site organizations to manage quality needs
  • Lead quality audits, address non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and drive lessons learned
  • Monitor quality indicators (NCRs, customer complaints, COQ, project savings, satisfaction)
  • Coordinate quality requirements for critical equipment (IQP, ITP, Master Test Plans, inspections)
  • Support site quality activities (training, audits, inspections, handover, close-out)
  • Promote a strong quality culture and apply lean/problem-solving methodologies to improve project execution

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field; master's preferred
  • At least 5 years in EPC project quality management in large organizations; energy sector experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001; internal-auditor certification advantageous
  • Experience with SAP Quality Module; PMI methodologies or CAPM-PMI beneficial
  • Experience with supplier and site quality processes (IPTs, PPAP, inspections, testing, punch lists, mechanical completion, lessons learned)
  • Knowledge of 8D, root cause analysis, PDCA, 5 Why, Lean Six Sigma, FMEA
  • Excellent English communication; German or other languages advantageous
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and supplier locations
