In this role you oversee a diversified client portfolio within the Corporate Expansion Services team, ensuring accurate financial administration and timely reporting. You act as the main liaison for clients, their accountants and advisers, while guiding junior staff and driving growth of the office. You will manage closing processes, statutory filings, and coordination of audits, contributing to high-quality financial outcomes. You will engage in cross-border knowledge sharing and support strategic meetings, shaping the service offered to clients. This position offers meaningful impact through ownership of financial processes and client relationships in a global trust services context.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Manage a diverse client portfolio and serve as primary contact for clients, accountants, and advisers on financial and tax matters
Maintain and deepen client relationships with operational staff and support client meetings
Administer SPVs, including monthly/quarterly reporting with variance, cash flow, and working capital analysis
Oversee closing of accounts and review SPV-level closures
Prepare VAT and CIT filings in collaboration with external advisers
Prepare and review statutory annual financial statements (Dutch GAAP/IFRS)
Manage local audits and address audit queries within budget and timelines
Oversee bank accounts and client payments
Plan and organize work to ensure timely filing of records
Mentor and motivate junior/medior financial account managers and act as a sounding board
Participate in board meetings with presentations of annual accounts
Perform additional finance and administrative tasks as needed
Share accounting knowledge across borders with international offices
