Experteer Overview
In this role you help strengthen KPMG’s Dynamics advisory capabilities with a finance-focused lens. You translate business needs into ERP requirements, design target operating models, and craft practical transformation roadmaps. You collaborate across client teams and the global KPMG network to share insights and support bids, demos, and knowledge sharing while coaching junior colleagues. You will drive finance process improvements and enable better reporting, controls, and decision-making using Dynamics 365 Finance.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Strengthen Dynamics advisory capabilities with a finance focus
- Advise on finance processes and ERP requirements (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, demand-to-cash, fixed assets, project accounting)
- Design finance solution concepts, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and the international KPMG network to share finance/ERP insights
- Support bids, demos, and knowledge sharing; coach junior colleagues in an inclusive manner
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation experience with a finance focus
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and reporting
- Ability to build trust with finance stakeholders; facilitate workshops; communicate clearly with business and technical teams
- Experience in solution design, testing, data migration, cutover and change activities in complex transformation programmes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance; MB-310 certification
- Power Platform, Copilot or integration experience is an advantage
- Proficient English and German; French is an advantage
