Experteer Overview
In this pivotal HR leadership role, you’ll own Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and Payroll, aligning programs with company strategy. You will drive a scalable HR technology roadmap (notably Workday), enhance the employee experience, and enable data-driven talent decisions in a growth-focused gaming company. You’ll collaborate with executives and HR teams to optimize operations, ensure compliance, and lead critical HR projects.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead benefits, compensation, HRIS, and payroll services
- Oversee benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Direct compensation strategy and incentive guidelines
- Ensure compliance with SOX, ACA, ERISA, OSHA, payroll taxes, and reporting
- Manage HR vendors and data transmission to third parties
- Drive HR technology strategy and Workday optimization
- Provide analytics and reporting to leaders
- Lead HR projects and implementations and train teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent
- 10+ years in Total Rewards
- 2+ years managing HRIS and Payroll (Workday preferred)
- 5+ years supervisory experience
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a regulated environment
