Experteer Overview

In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned aviation projects, acting as the internal advocate for CN, connectivity, and IFEC system design, installation, and certification on commercial aircraft. You will develop creative solutions to protect program dates and profitability, escalating risks to senior management when needed. You’ll coordinate budgets, procurement, and resource planning while driving on-time delivery across engineering, certification, and analysis teams. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping complex aviation programs and customer outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Act as the primary owner of assigned projects
Serve as the focal point with customers and communicate deliverables, deadlines, and updates
Coordinate data sharing and inquiries with the project team
Manage deadlines, milestones, action items, and deliverables across engineering, certification, and analysis
Monitor document generation, review, release, and approvals
Assist in resource planning based on deliverables and scope
Create/manage design requirements and control scope creep
Facilitate inter-department communication at milestones
Manage commercial agreements: proposals, program change requests, quotes, and purchase orders
Act as real-time problem solver and consultative partner in early business relationships
Provide market feedback to stakeholders on technology trends
Maintain design requirements and communicate changes and impacts to the team and customers
Keep project dates updated
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Document and track milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables
Oversee ITCM and Design Review presentations and project status updates

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering, or 10 years of related experience
Expertise in Microsoft Project
PM experience on complex, multi-deliverable projects
Experience in design, analysis or certification engineering roles
