As a Program Systems Engineer focusing on MBSE, you will advance MBSE-enabled fire control programs within the SWC suite. You will build model architectures, leverage SysML/MBSE tools, and ensure rigorous requirements management and systems engineering discipline. This role blends research-oriented work with hands-on modeling to shape critical defense systems.

Aufgaben
- Lead MBSE integration for SWC Fire Control programs
- Develop and refine model architecture for cutting-edge systems
- Apply systems engineering knowledge within the Systems V framework
- Utilize Cameo or MagicDraw for modeling and integration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements alignment
- Engage in critical thinking to solve complex, high-stakes problems
- Support legacy-to-new-system integrations and process improvements
- Demonstrate ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Systems Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of related experience or a Master's degree
- Secret DoD security clearance at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship
- Knowledge of MBSE concepts and modeling tools
- Strong requirements management and systems modeling skills
- Experience with Cameo or MagicDraw (preferred)
- Familiarity with Systems V process and defense domain is a plus
- Agile experience preferred
- Preferably knowledge in Fire Control or SP23 domain
