Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver data center expansion programs for AWS across the EMEA region. You will drive end-to-end delivery from pre-contract design to handover, coordinating Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations. You’ll identify risks, manage budgets, and keep projects on schedule to create capacity for customers. Verantwortungsbereiche

Decompose large projects into manageable workstreams
Communicate goals, roles, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional and remote teams
Oversee end-to-end program delivery from pre-contract design to Operations handover in EMEA
Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Maintain delivery program, risk register, and project budget; submit Capital Allocation Requests
Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate on build strategies for demand
Lead process improvements via lessons learned and sharing knowledge across teams
Provide regular status reports to senior leadership on project metrics and commitments
Manage risks, opportunities, actions, escalations, and communications

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
Experience in data center delivery—design, commissioning, and construction of mission-critical facilities or equivalent industrial builds
Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels and locales
